Aesthetic medicine results vary. We make no representations or guarantees about the outcomes, efficacy, or duration of any treatment, product, or service described on the Site. Suitability for any treatment can only be determined during a consultation with our clinical team.
Bookings and consultations
Submitting a booking request through the Site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. All appointments are subject to availability, intake, and clinical-suitability assessment. Cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit policies are provided at the time of booking and form part of your agreement with us.
Payments
Where the Site offers online payments (deposits, ticketed events, product purchases, or memberships), all transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes and processing fees. Specific refund and cancellation policies for individual services or events apply to those services and will be made available at the time of purchase.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photography, logos, the "Real Beauty Rx" name, and overall design — is owned by Real Beauty Rx or licensed to us, and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing and printing is permitted.

Governing law
