These Event Terms ("Event Terms") govern your registration for, purchase of a ticket to, and attendance at The Mother of All Glow Ups, hosted by Real Beauty Rx on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 7869 Yonge Street, Unit 4–5, Innisfil, ON ("the Event"). By purchasing a ticket or attending, you agree to these Event Terms.
Tickets, payment, and refunds
Ticket priceEach ticket is $25 CAD (plus applicable taxes and processing fees). Your ticket admits one (1) guest. Each additional guest requires their own ticket.
Ticket creditYour $25 is credited in full toward any same-day Real Beauty Rx purchase made at the Event (skincare, treatments, or memberships). The credit applies only on the day of the Event and has no cash value.
RefundsTickets are non-refundable. Because each ticket is fully credited toward any same-day Real Beauty Rx purchase at the Event, your $25 is recoverable in product or service value if you attend. We do not issue cash refunds for cancellations or no-shows. The only exception is if Real Beauty Rx cancels the Event without rescheduling (see Section 9).
TransfersYou may transfer your ticket to another person at no charge by contacting us with the new attendee's name and contact details at least 24 hours before the Event.
Event participation
Check-inPlease arrive at or near your booked time slot. Late arrivals may be accommodated subject to availability.
Skin Analyzer sessionsComplimentary 15-minute Skin Analyzer sessions are reserved for the first 25 guests to book. We cannot guarantee a session for guests who book after the first 25 spots are filled.
Demos and consultationsLive SylfirmX, JetPeel, and other demos are educational in nature. They are not a medical consultation, do not establish a clinician–patient relationship, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Any treatment booked at the Event is subject to a separate consultation, suitability assessment, and informed consent process before any procedure is performed.
No outcome guaranteesAesthetic medicine results vary. We make no representations or guarantees about the outcomes, efficacy, duration, or experience of any treatment, demo, or product discussed or featured at the Event. Individual results depend on many factors and are determined during a one-on-one consultation.
Grand prize draw and runner-up prizes
EligibilityEach $25 ticket purchased grants one (1) entry into the grand prize draw for a full SylfirmX treatment package. Bring-a-friend tickets purchased under the same booking each grant their own additional entry.
Eligibility requirementsEntrants must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Ontario, Canada. The grand prize and any runner-up prizes are subject to a clinical suitability assessment; if a winner is not a suitable candidate for the prize treatment, an equivalent-value Real Beauty Rx credit will be substituted at our reasonable discretion.
Selection and notificationWinners will be drawn at the close of the Event and notified by email, SMS, or phone using the contact details provided at registration. Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification, after which they are forfeited.
Prize termsPrizes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. Prizes must be redeemed in-clinic at Real Beauty Rx, Innisfil, ON, within twelve (12) months of the Event date, subject to scheduling availability. Standard treatment consent and clinical-suitability protocols apply before any prize treatment is performed.
Event-day pricing and offers
Event-day pricing on skincare, treatment packages, and Beauty Club memberships is available only on May 7, 2026, at the Event, in-person, while supplies last. Event pricing cannot be combined with other offers, applied retroactively, or honoured after the Event.
Photo and video
We may take photos or video at the Event for use in our marketing, social media, and educational materials. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed in group settings. If you prefer not to be photographed individually, please let our team know at check-in and we'll respect that.
Code of conduct
To keep the Event enjoyable for everyone, we ask all guests to behave respectfully toward our team, our other guests, and our space. We reserve the right to refuse admission, or to ask any guest to leave, if their conduct is disruptive, threatening, or unsafe — without refund.
Health and safety
Please let our team know at check-in if you have any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities relevant to the demos, refreshments, or skincare samples on offer. Some products contain ingredients that may not be suitable for everyone.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Real Beauty Rx, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your attendance at, or participation in, the Event — except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. You attend the Event at your own risk and assume responsibility for your personal belongings.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or connected with the Event is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.
Postponement, cancellation, and force majeure
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the Event for reasons beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to severe weather, illness, public-health orders, venue issues, or supplier failures. If we cancel and do not reschedule, your $25 ticket will be refunded in full. If we postpone, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date; if you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund.
Changes to these Event Terms
We may update these Event Terms from time to time. The version posted on our event landing page at the time you purchase your ticket is the version that applies to your attendance.
Governing law
These Event Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Event Terms or the Event will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
